Chinese people has created one miracle after another in Reform and Opening-up, whichhas promoted the rapid development of productive forces, the rapid progress of science andtechnology, as well GDP index rise. The abundance of material life has showed theachievements economic construction, and the development of medical technology has told usthe results of scientific and technological civilization. But the advances in material andmedical technology did not bring the expected virtuous, on the contrary side thephysician-patient relationship is more strained, medical moral conflicts and ethical issuesbecome increasingly prominent. Synthesis a large number of medical instances, we found thatthe crux of the medical and ethical issues is no longer a contest between obviously moral andamoral, is the orientation of the moral conflict between the virtuous and the value. Therefore,in-depth study of medical ethics conflict and its behavioral choices in necessary.In this paper, by using interdisciplinary cross-method, specific examples of analysis andby applying the Marxist Ethics stand, viewpoint and method, I have seized hold of themedical ethics conflict and behavior choice in today’s medical field study of this practiceproblem. On the one hand, I combined with actual case of specific medical, understood thereal situation of the moral conflict of the medical worker in the process of medical practices,and clarified in the face of a variety of “virtuous” and “value” of the status quo, how to makerational choices. On the other hand, the thesis analysis and discusses that moral conflicts inthe medical field as a focus of the medical administrative departments in the medical andhealth reform process, and develops appropriate policies in order to be realized the choice ofmedical workers and patients’ rights in medical practices as much as possible. This paper notonly extends the medical ethics in the theory perspective, and tries to show the solution thedoctor-patient relationship to provide alternative perspective, also provide a solution to theconflicts in the actual medical ethics to alleviate the physician-patient relationship. At thesame time, this paper try to use the essence of the moral conflicts-the value conflicts and typeof medical ethics conflicts, thereby breaking limitations of the previous principle.Beginning with the concept of the moral conflict in chapter Ⅰ clarifies the meaning ofmedical ethical conflicts and their specificities, points out that the medical culture of conflict, the medical value of conflict, the medical subject of conflict are the main specific conflicts inthe field of medicine, it will along with the various stages of the medical practice of medicalworkers. Also analysis of the characteristics of medical ethics conflict with extensive, random,can not be avoided and continuity.Chapter Ⅱ has discussed the prerequisites and ethical principles of medical ethicsconflict behavior choices. The liberty of will is the subjective conditions of medical workersin the moral conflict of behavior choices, medical technology and medical situation are theobjective conditions of moral conflict behavior of health workers to select. And this paperdescribed the mission and life are closely linked in the medical workers, so the medicalworkers faced with an ethical conflict and make choices, which to comply with the principleof giving priority of the value of life, whichever is the greater good to choose the lesser evilprinciples and normative and flexibility of the principle of unity.In chapter Ⅲthe author analyzes the specific performance of the current medical ethicsconflicts and the source of these conflicts. Based on the theoretical analysis and case study,this thesis reveals the main performance of medical ethical conflicts are the doctor-patientconflict, the life and death conflict, emotion and reason of conflict, justice and benefit conflict.The author analyzes the subjective and objective reasons of medical ethics conflict.Based on the theoretical analysis and case study, the paper reveals the ways of enhancingthe overall quality of medical workers, the ability of moral choice and implementing ofrational moral regulation strategy to conduct the medical workers making the sensiblechoices.In the process of research, the author find that some medical ethics conflicts are not ableto solve within a short time, and some moral conflict are fell into the plight of the moralparadox. This is the problem of the theory and practice of medical ethics, also a need tocontinue studying, positive thinking by all parties to strive for a breakthrough on the theoryand practice in medical ethics.
