On The Facing Challenges And Measure Innovation Of China’s Governmental Public Cultural Service Function

This article is divided into four parts, first, from the theoretical level systematicallyexpounded the meaning, characteristics, roles and functions of relevant content of publiccultural service functions of our government, Second, it analyzes the reality of the need forour government to exercise the functions of public cultural services; Again, contact the actualsituation at home and abroad, and point out the challenges and problems of the public culturalservice functions; Finally, the proposed new measures to address difficulties of public culturalservices functions of our government faced.The first part of the paper, for the theoretical issues of public cultural services functionsfor our community, the systematic analysis of public cultural service functions of ourgovernment-related theoretical issues.
