Nietzsche has an enormous impact on the philosophical history of the west in the20th century, and many western thinkers have carefully studied his ideas. Research and interpretation of Nietzsche has never stopped and will not stop in the future. How to treat Nietzsche’s doctrine of "eternal recurrence" has always been a difficult problem. And the difficulty lays on the relationship of the "will to power","super man","re-evaluation" and the "eternal recurrence" doctrine. However, Nietzsche’s doctrines have positive functions to humans; they are an affirmation of sufferings and bitterness, so we hope to obtain his essence to guide our attitude towards life.Nietzsche’s eternal recurrence idea is the idea of the strong, everything in the world is in eternal cycle, but it does not bring any comfort to humans, on the contrary, it broke the mythical kingdom of heaven dream. God is dead, and human lost their heaven. They have to be brave enough to face the world to be a superman in the eternal cycle of the world.Nietzsche proposed the "eternal recurrence" doctrine is mainly against the rationalism which has ruled the Western thought for two thousand years. In this way Nietzsche established the banner of irrationalism,"get rid of all fetters." The Christian thinks that all earthly phenomena are false, evil, ugly, and only the heaven of God is real and perfect. To face all the survivals, the eternal recurrence inevitably needs the will to power, that is why Nietzsche proposed the will to power. In fact, in Thus Spake Zarathustra he had clearly claimed:"the Will rescues itself at last,""the will must require something higher than all of others and this is the will to power." We must become strong and brave to face of this ever-changing world. Then start their own business, and even allow them to be "Superman"Therefore, the writer of this paper has read a lot of Nietzsche’s works and works about Nietzsche, analyzed, studied and compared the main doctrines of Nietzsche, carefully understanding their internal relationship. Here, Nietzsche’s main doctrines refer to the superman doctrine, the doctrine of will to power, re-evaluation of all values and the doctrine of eternal recurrence. Then it can come to the conclusion that the main doctrines are not independent of each other, but inter-related and relying on each other. For a better understanding of Nietzsche and his doctrines, the writer has also introduced and analyzed Crime and Punishment by the Russian author Fyodor Dostoevsky, because there are a lot of reflections of Nietzsche’s main doctrines in the novel. Therefore, the writer has listed some applications of each of Nietzsche’s main doctrines in the novel, just for a deep understanding of his main doctrines.
