Research On Nietzsche's Thought Of Eternal Reincarnation

Eternal recurrence is an important thought of Nietzsche's philosophy.In order to grasp the western ontology and the meaning of life,knowing eternal recurrence is of great importance.Pre-Socratic philosophy is an important source of Nietzsche's eternal recurrence.In this paper,we mainly through the evaluation of the cosmology of pre-Socratic philosophy and ancient Greek tragedy in his works "Philosophy in the Age of Greek Tragedy" and "The Birth of Tragedy",to find out the origin of Nietzsche's eternal recurrence.Afterwards,through the comparison of eternal reincarnation and destiny,nihilism,eastern religion,and linear time,we can basically know the meaning of eternal recurrence.Furthermore,it shows the close connection between eternal recurrence and the existential ontology.Besides,Nietzsche's eternal recurrence is closely related to the will to power,which is the authentic meaning of Nietzsche's eternal recurrence.Eternal recurrence was put forward by Nietzsche after reflecting on the ontology and axiology of Western philosophy.In the era of the collapse of belief values and moral crisis,the relationship between people and the world has been separated.Thoughts also put forward their own views,among which Camus' philosophy of resistance,Sartre's existence prior to essence and Nietzsche's idea of eternal reincarnation made important contributions to solving the spiritual crisis of modern people.
