The Researrch Of Time Expression In The Tang Dynasty

This study is about the time expressed in the Tang poetry, made a new interpretation of the meaning of time expression. The language of poetry is unique, the time expression in poetry is also poetic. Chose Tang poetry is due to its representation of classical poetry in our mind.First,in the Tang poets is by describing the natural things, natural phenomena or established social customs of the time to indicate the specific time, such as the common expressions of the festivals and seasons, poet formed the fixed impression of the time in our minds. Time is abstract, but the poets in the Tang dynasty often draw some imagery to express the time, making the time concrete. Second,the time in literature is not just the moment, the creators mixed the past, now and the future together, to compress, speed up or slow down the time. In this study, how the poet in Tang poetry processing time is a part of time expression. We are experiencing the time, and always thinking, and this experience and thinking about time is the so-called time consciousness. The purpose of this paper is not to in-depth study the ins and outs of time expression, but to do an integration about the time expression in the Tang Dynasty, we aim at this study could be a reference for others so that they can understand the time element in the Tang poetry easier.
