This article is based on the practice of many years, with reference to the domesticand international management experience, analysis of the characteristics of ancienthouses governance, stakeholders and other theoretical tools, analysis summed up a setof suitable the residential governance methods.Author boldly introduced stakeholder theory, scientific guidance from residentialinformation protection systems, residential use system, divided into the differentstakeholders, and through the investigation confirms the government, experts industryassociations, institutions of governance and tourism companies, the interests of thedifferent functions of the core stakeholders. Common mode of participation proposedresidential cultural heritage governance stakeholders demands investigation and analysis,according to their respective interests. Stakeholders through the principal-agent, theformation of the members of the General Assembly, the Council, the Governing Bodyand the Supervisory Board is responsible for co-governance mode.The residential cultural heritage governance is system engineering. Around theprotection objective, a sound governance structure and operational mechanism.Governance structure including rights institutions, decision-making body, the ExecutiveManagement and supervisory bodies of four units, each unit and check each other,coordinate operations, governance function entity relies. The operating mechanismsystem function levels, including decision-making mechanisms, incentives, andinformation disclosure and oversight mechanisms to solve the governance modeldevelopment momentum.Finally, I combined governance theory and practice, intended to measure theeffectiveness of governance standards, be evaluated by expert scoring method. Theconclusions prove: the co-governance model suitable for the residential cultural heritagegovernance, and is one of the effective methods.
