Resilience is a good adaption in confronting adversity, trauma, targedy, menace and seirousstress and also a bounce capacity in life stress and rfustrating. Resilience core is to turn acomplicated adversity into growth opportunities.30s years after china economic reform, many gerat changes happen. College students areconrfonted with many stress and adversity in this unprecedented reofrm. When a lot of collegestudents cope with vairous stress and complex problems, they are easy to appear psychologicalconflict and maladaptation because of resilience insuiffciency. Resilience insuiffciencyinfluences their mental health and even causes serious mental disorder. Under theoreticaldirection of positive psychology, developing and cultivating resilience for college students is abest way to solve their resilience insufficiency as well as a key of campus mental healtheducation.This thesis is to explore mechanism among resilience, mental health and mental disorder intheory. And in practice, it is to explore reality problems of college students*resilience, mentalhealth, mental disorder and resilience education defect.Applied by multiple linear regression and structure equation method, I make followingconclusions:1,Resilience capital has many roles in life stress and mental cirsis, such as: buffering stress,intervening crisis, rebound, surpassing, good adaptation, and renascence.2, Resilience and mental health is in positive correlation observably, that is to say: higherresilience, higher mental health; lower resilience, lower mental health.3,Resilience and mental disorder is in negative correlation observably, that is to say; higherresilience, lower mental disorder; lower resilience, higher mental disorder.4,Resilience has bi-direction regulatory mechanism of notable positive and negative effectbetween stressor and mental health/disorder. That is to say: high resilience will bufferstress and then enhance mental health and lessen mental disorder; low resilience willfrustrate in stress and then lessen mental disorder and aggravate mental disorder.5,Combined theory with demonstration, resilience capital is a menial immunity ofconrfonting trauma and a supeiroirty strength of recovering growth. 6.Combined theory with demonstration, resilience capital has a buffering effect in life stressand an intervening effect in mental cirsis.7.Combined theory with demonstration, resilience capital promotes mental proficiencydevelopment and a good mental method to exploer humanity.On the basic of above conclusion, we ifnd out resilience function on improving resilienceand intervening mental crisis, so much suggestion and strategy will be proposed in order toenhance college student’ resilience. And then college students will actively exploit andapply resilience capital to conrfont sharp changes as well as to resolve life challenge.
