Research On Derivative Paths Of Creative Industrial Clusters

Nowadays, the creative industry develops in full swing of the world, its influence has touched the national or regional industry, economy, urban functions and the level of consumption. The cluster model is derived from the effect of economy of scale and knowledge spillover. It’s of positive significant for social transformation, cultural heritage and urban renewal. The cluster model can adjust the industrial institutions, and changes the mode of regional economy growth. It also can achieve the sustainable development of regional economy. The derivative process will be experience when creative industrial clusters develop necessarily, the derivative ability is the vitality and the sign of maturity for cluster. At present, many scholars have given close attention to the creative industrial clusters, and have achieved fruitful research results. But the researches only focus on the surface and the theoretical level of that culture can promote the development of creative industrial clusters and culture can arouse originality. Therefore, the derivative path of creative industrial clusters is quantitative analyzed, which is beneficial to enrich the theory or practical guidance.Firstly, this dissertation analyzes the derivation mechanism of creative industrial clusters. The derivative conditions are analyzed based on dissipative structure theory and synergetic theory. The derived factors are analyzed based on the slope sphere law. And this dissertation also analyzes the derived power of creative industrial clusters.Secondly, the respective characteristics of three derivative modes are analyzed combining with instances. The three modes include spontaneous gathering mode, government leading mode and industrial planning mode. They are compared with the others from the subject, object and means.Thirdly, the derivative process of creative industrial clusters is divided into the initial period, the cooperation period and the maturity period based on industry life cycle theory. The decline period is deleted according to the sustainable development of creative industrial clusters. Herd behavior models in initial period and the evolutionary game model in cooperation period are built. And the ecological maturity is proposed.Finally, according to the analysis of Heilongjiang tourism and creative industrial clusters, this dissertation studies the development status, advantages and bottlenecks. The derivative path is selected. And the management measures and strategies of creative industrial clusters derivation are proposed, which is beneficial to Heilongjiang tourism and creative industrial clusters derivation.
