History has proved that make a country prosperity and strength which need two points:morality and law. Any kind of social order found and consolidation is inseparable from themorality and law which the two regulating factors of optimized combination and coordinateddevelopment, both like wings of the bird, and two of the car wheel cannot be separated. Thispaper, utilize a large number of ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign literature of themoral and legal connotation and elements of the deep excavation, and explore actively themoral and legal interaction theory origin and practical path for morality and law study ofinteraction between construct the deep theory foundation. At the same time, with the aid ofcase analysis, restore both relationships intuitively and visually, for both the interaction ofpath method to create solid realistic basis. The author based on years of ethics and lawlearning experience, and with the aid of newest material about morality and law, to do athorough analysis and thinking of our country the interaction of contemporary morality andcurrent laws specific performance and promote countermeasures. This article through tosocial typical cases of case analysis, and to explore the role of universal path actively, themorality and law by the interaction of realizing ways and innovation effective way ofpracticing method, makes every effort in the reinforcement theory achievements benefit themaneuverability of the aspects.Based on the above research ideas and methods, this paper mainly discussed from threeaspects. Firstly, through to the moral and legal definition, function and the difference betweencontact and rule of virtue and rule of law theory analysis, this paper expounds the moral andlegal interaction of the general principle. Secondly, multidimensional from morality and lawperspective on the history of interaction between necessary and realistic foundation andconcrete path for a more comprehensive grasp and interpretation, and explore the interactionof morality and law of the deep theory foundation for our country contemporary moral andlegal interaction to construct solid theoretical basis. Thirdly, from the perspective ofspecialization to analyze substantive law and procedural law in our country, and combinedwith typical cases in society and moral argument true interaction between the concrete performances, strive to both the analysis of the theory and practice of evidence, on the basisof above research, puts forward some moral and legal interaction countermeasures, trying toexert better rule of virtue and rule of law function of social control and adjustment, open upthe way to strengthen and improve the moral and legal ways of interaction.In a word, this paper tries to more intuitively and dimensionally expound morality andlaw interaction relation, make research has practical significance and more profoundtheoretical significance. But in the face of contemporary Chinese economic transformation,system transition, to realize the organic combination and good interaction, the key still wantto deep excavation both the internal interaction theory foundation, grasp both the interactionrelevant point, and explore the interaction of regulation and system strategy constantly, realizethe benign interaction between morality and law, then truly achieve good developmentsituation of morality and law interaction.
