As the main traffic thoroughfares fromShensi-Kansu-Ningxia border area to the anti-Japanesebase areas behind the enemy， just likeShanxi-Chahar-Hebeiregion,shanxi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan region, Central China,Eastern China and so on, the base area in north-west ofShanxi is being of great strategic significance. In order tomobilizing the masses to carry out the anti-Japanese activities, the Communist Party of China set up a newadministrative office at north-west of Shanxi in1940s.With the leading of the Communist Party of China, peoplein this area participate in the various works actively,making a indelible contribution for helping theanti-Japanese army. Therefore, the academic value ofserving for anti-Japanese is important and should be aconcerning issue in the academic community. But theresearch on this issue is basically in the blank stage so far,i have made the preliminary study from om ownperspectively.People of north-west of Shanxi participating in serving for anti-Japanese war had the more importantsignificant certain the victory. They did their contributionfrom the manpower and material resources for supportingthe war. At the same time, the serving for anti-Japanesewar enriched further the connotation of China NationalFront and we should gather the valuable historicalexperiences from this issue.
