The text type of this report is informative, which is of no n-literary translation. Its main function is to transmit information with its focus on practicality. Translation texts contained in this report take cultural differences into account and pay much attention to the choice of words in order to avoid cultural barriers in information communicating, and reach the goal of providing readers with intelligible information and attracting them as much as possible.In the process of translation, names of places, names of tourist attractions and idioms are the most difficult. Names of places and tourist attractions make the first impression on tourists, so good translations are required. They contain many cultural and historical features, which make them special to translate. So the translation of those items is not only a transfer of language, but also a transfer of background information, and so attention should be paid to target language readers; Idioms are the essence of Chinese history and culture, so their features should be kept. At the same time, the translation must be acceptable to target language readers and loyal to the source language. Therefore, in certain texts, different ways of translation are used respectively or combined.
