| Zhejiang New District of Zhoushan Islands is the first Islands district with the themeof marine economy national which was approved by the State Council of China. It has verysuperior physiographic condition, long historical and cultural resources and brightprospects for economic development. The development planning of Zhejiang New Districtof Zhoushan Islands was formally approved by the State Council of China on January17,2013. That means the reform and development of Zhoushan has been drawn, and also toprovide a broad space for the cultural industry. Speeding up the cultural construction of therural and fishery areas in Zhoushan is the strategic task of building new socialist fishingvillage, and also the urgent need for the new marine culture city construction.Along with the transformation of economic and social development, peoples’ culturalconsumption demand has been greater release. But now the cultural artifacts in the ruraland fishery areas are very few, the development and management of cultural are also poorin theoretical guidance, and even the overall strength of the cultural industry is not strongin the rural and fishery areas. These prominent problems affect the development of culturalindustry in the rural and fishery areas. This article will discuss from the actual situation ofZhoushan, which was based on the ocean culture, the fish culture and the farming culture,to make a new strategy of cultural development in the rural and fishery areas, meanwhile toprovide some basis of the development and prosperity of culture.Because the cultural industry of the rural and fishery areas in Zhoushan covers somany contents, this article just choose four of them as the industry of marine culturaltourism,festival convention,characteristic product and leisure fishing farm in order to makethe research more targeted and effective. It use many methods and put forward thecorresponding countermeasures to ensure that the research more accurate and innovative. |
