Research On The Construction Status And Countermeasures Of Rural Cultural Organizations In Liuhe District,Nanjing

In recent years,with the continuous expansion of cities and the development of urbanization,a large number of urban and rural areas have appeared in various parts of China.These urban and rural areas,which are neither real cities nor pure rural areas,are more different from the urban and rural areas,and must be highly valued and worthy of further study.Based on the strategy of rural revitalization,from the perspective of rural cultural revitalization,this paper takes Liuhe District of Nanjing as an example,combs the present situation of its cultural organization construction,analyzes the existing problems and reasons,and explores the countermeasures for the construction of rural cultural organization suitable for the development of this urban-rural combined new area,which provides a reference for the cultural revitalization of the urban-rural combined new area.It is discussed in five chapters.Chapter One introduces briefly the background,purpose and significance of this research,as well as the specific research methods,research content and research scope,etc.Chapter Two is about " the strategy of rural revitalization and the construction of rural cultural organization ",on the basis of clarifying the types and functions of rural cultural organization,discusses the positive role of rural cultural organization construction in promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,and the great significance of rural revitalization national strategy to the construction and development of rural cultural organization.Chapter Three is about " the present situation of the construction of rural cultural organization in Liuhe District of Nanjing ",introduces the construction of organizational facilities and the development of cultural activities,and gives a detailed introduction to the achievements of Liuhe District in the aspects of characteristic culture and literary creation,cultural heritage protection,market management and public cultural service level.The function of the village cultural organization in Liuhe district during the anti-epidemic period of the new coronavirus was expounded.Chapter Four is about "the problems and reasons of the construction of rural culturalorganization in Liuhe district of Nanjing under the strategy of rural revitalization ".The problems of rural cultural organization construction in Liuhe district are mainly infrastructure,cultural services,construction funds,farmers' cognition of rural cultural organization and the guarantee of organization.There are many reasons for these problems,including the construction gap between the streets,the low utilization of resources,the increasing demand of farmers,and so on.Chapter Five is about " the development countermeasures of rural cultural organization in liuhe district of nanjing under the strategy of rural rejuvenation ",explores the countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the construction of rural cultural organization in Liuhe district,including strengthening the infrastructure construction of rural cultural organization,strengthening the organization of talent team,promoting the participation of social forces,improving the supply of cultural products and services,abandoning backward ideas,strengthening the identity of rural cultural organization function,and so on.
