Study On The Construction Of Rural Cultural Auditorium In Dinghai District Of Zhoushan

In recent years,with the rapid development of socialist economy,people's demand for culture is getting higher and higher,and more attention has been paid to the development of culture,and the situation of socialist culture prosperity has appeared.Governments at all levels pay more and more attention to the construction of rural culture.Rural cultural auditorium is an important embodiment of rural cultural construction,is the key to enhance the soft power of rural culture.Villagers are the main body of the construction of rural culture,they are the beneficiaries of culture and the creators of culture.Taking the rural area of Dinghai District of Zhoushan as the research object,this paper studies the construction of rural cultural auditorium from the main body of the villagers.The main research of this paper is divided into five parts.The first part is an introduction,which briefly introduces the background,significance and current situation at home and abroad,as well as the research methods and innovation points of the construction of rural cultural auditorium.The second part is the explanation of the concept of villagers,culture,rural culture,rural cultural auditorium and the theoretical basis for the construction of rural cultural auditorium.The third part is the current situation of the construction of rural cultural auditorium in Dinghai district.This paper first introduces the general situation of Dinghai rural area,then analyzes the current situation of the construction of rural cultural auditorium in Dinghai District,and finally studies the influence of the construction of rural cultural auditorium on the villagers.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and causes of the construction of rural cultural auditorium.At present,the rural culture hall problems is the degree of villagers' participation is low,the management is not perfect and the infrastructure construction is not perfect and the rural cultural activities hall is monotonous,the reason for its own characteristics,mainly from the village villagers living environment,rural culture hall design and operation mechanism analysis of several aspects.The fifth part starting from the main village,rural culture hall construction countermeasure thinking,clear the guiding ideology of the constructionof the villagers as the main body,improve the villagers' participation enthusiasm,from the viewpoint of subject to improve the rural culture hall infrastructure,starting from the main body of the villagers,strengthen the talent team construction,from the main body of the villagers,enrich the rural culture hall,from the main body,the perfect operation mechanism of rural culture hall.
