The novels’ world of Milan Kundera is filled with the thought and exploration upon human nature, human existence, human possibility, human emotion, and human vulnerability, people have been carrying on the thorough discussion to his works by the angles:the content, form, philosophy, anthropology and so on. Mainly chose by the Angle of semiotics, this paper has an analysis of several major themes upon his compositions and his novels’world. Through the semiologic characteristics of randomicity, mandatory, completeness, and vanity and the relationship of symbol and metaphor to reveal the mutual relationship between symbols and the presence of people, people’s emotions, this paper adds in-depth to display deep-seated relationship of people and symbols,meanwhile displaying regularity on symbols’playing roles in one’s mental, moral, emotion, art and so on, which, from the perspective of symbols, recognizes the existence of humans.
