"Why people may perceive beauty out of form" is a basic problem of Aesthetics. This paper begins from the introduction of prehistoric tools, focusing on the dynamic mechanism that the manufacturing and using of the prehistoric tools provides for the formation and development of people’s sense of form and emotion mechanism, and tries to explain this problem from the perspective of embryology. Aesthetic pleasure settles in people’s aesthetic cognition and mental capacity. This paper attempts to use interdisciplinary research and specific cognitive neuroscience studies to provide scientific proof and explanations for this problem, and tries to analyze the specific connection mechanism of aesthetic form and emotions. This paper combines the empirical scientific research and logical discussions, guided by the Marxist historical materialism. This paper uses empirical methods to research the prehistoric archaeological data, and uses methods of theoretical analysis to expound problems about aesthetic appreciation and artistic creation. Moreover, scientific studies in neuroscience and cognitive psychology are used to explain and give proofs. This paper includes the following six parts. The introduction part introduces the researching backgrounds, makes reviews of the related studies, clarifies the research interest, the purpose of this paper, the significance and the basic mentality, and makes a brief introduction about researching methods. The second part makes study entry, put forward the connection between the manufacturing of the prehistoric tools and people’s sense of form, and tries to research the dynamic mechanism that the manufacturing and using of the prehistoric tools provides for the formation and development of people’s sense of form and emotion mechanism. The third part tries to explain the necessity and possibility of the connection between forms and emotions, still from the perspective of prehistoric archaeology. Prehistoric archaeological research shows that the prime mover of good is the root of connection between forms and emotions. Neuroscience research shows that people can relatively get rid of the bound of utilitarian purpose and make cognitions of the form, which provides possibilities for people’s aesthetic perception. The forth part focuses on the neuroscience research, and tries to give scientific explanations for the above discussion. The fifth part is a tentative work, trying to research the specific connection mechanism of aesthetic forms and emotions. The final part summarizes the research conclusion.
