Artistic Study On Periodical Illustration In The Republic Of China

For the study of the Republic of China’s periodical illustrations, we summarize itsartistic characteristics, value, and the meaning of the times, by the studying developmentof their illustrations, historical change, social impact as well as visual form. The firstchapter is the introduction, which is mainly on the researching background and status ofthe Republic of China’s periodical illustration, giving rise to the full text of the theoreticalanalysis. The second Chapter is about visual analysis of periodical illustrations from theRepublic of China, including the form of language, artistic style and performance. Illustrations are as an art form, and how to better serve theperiodicals and how to better combine to achieve its dissemination and artistry, and howwe should take from drawing nourishment, it’s kind of study exploring the issue, which isthe purpose of this paper.
