Marx and Husserl are the two influential philosopher in nineteenth Century. Theycreated two different schools of thought. One of them let philosophy reach its peakin heaven, the other create a new weather which never exist in the world. But insome places their views are the same. They find a way which survive the sink ofhuman nature and the lives in jeopardy; Furthermore they acknowledge theconstruction of consciousness; In the end they arouse the value and meaning, andthink the substance veil faces of the bourgeois are ugly. But the difference is thatthe one agree the recognition of consciousness. Husserl think the consciousnesswhich include the whole universe is unlimited. But Marx put forward the practice. He think the thought of Husserl is unrestricted and exaggerated and sanctified.Marx admits the conscious have dynamic action, but it has not any action in thereal life of the world. We make it become a living reality Only by the constructingaction of consciousness and the practice, then it will have practical value forhuman. This paper also discusses thoroughly the differences between two people’s philosophies in several aspects. This paper analyze and argue thoroughly and mainly Husserl and Marx’s thoughtsand explain the phenomenology of Husserl and his life world thoroughly andclearly. There are many contradictions in Husserl’s thought-both materialism andidealism, subjective and objective, so that Husserl himself is in his own theideological confusion and unable to extricate themselves. Marx’s practice isbeyond Aristotle and Kant’s moral practice, and he puts forward that the practice isthe labor practice, which make people transform labor practice. The practicemaintain the real and subjective things of the objective word. His practice is notFeuerbach’s practice of the theory of materialism which do not contain thoughts. But he relate the consciousness and practice, and the thought firstly construct theblueprint for the human world, then we implement practice, otherwise the practiceis not meaningful. So there are a lot of thoughts in the theory of Marx’s materialismphilosophy. Therefore it seems that Marx is not a pure complete materialist, histhoughts also exist lots of contradictions between materialism and idealism, at thispoint, he has the consensus with Husserl. But Marx still believes that thetransformation of the world is the ultimate, but Husserl did not realize this point, just save mankind from the ocean in the mind. Marx is slightly earlier than Husserl, but their thoughts aroused the concern of people around the world in the same time. They raised many methods to save the world in different levels. But in their mindsseems that has admiration to each other. But they are called the two giantcarpenters in the word by human and caused the historic changes.
