This study of209middle school students in the lab in mood and emotionregulation strategies under different situation,observing students according to theirmental status questionnaire (BLPS) is divided into four types. Caused at the sametime, their mood changes, emotional arousal value, compared the trigger positiveemotions under two kinds of emotion regulation strategy of strength; Induce negativeemotion using emotion regulation strategies and do not use emotion regulationstrategy of difference.We found:1.I+U+psychological status of the largest number of high schoolstudents.2.Under negative emotion, cognitive reappraisal group significantlybelow express the emotional intensity of inhibition group and the control group, theexpression of inhibitory group was significantly lower than control group.3.Under positive emotion, positive humor emotional intensity issignificantly higher than negative humor group and control group, negative humorgroup of emotional intensity was significantly higher than that of control group.4.I+U+individuals to negative emotion and the other threeindividuals had no significant difference, but the I+U+individual reactions to positiveemotion and I-U-and I-U+have significant difference.5.Positive and negative humor make positive emotions have asignificant effect on ascension, expression suppression and cognitive reappraisalgroup have both significant effect to reduce the negative emotion. |
