The red culture is a culture with Chinese characteristics, it records in Chinanearly100years of history of revolution and construction of history, is the Chinesenation’s spiritual and pillar, is the theory tools of political and educationaldevelopment, has the significant significance to the modernization of our country.However, in recent years Yimeng red culture shows the government investment highreturn and low status, or even if the government invested a lot of resources to the redculture can not play their proper function and value. In a market economy under thebackground of active, the development of red cultural doldrums boring, appears to bemisfits. As the reform and opening up economic system reform, the red culture inorder to realize the great-leap-forward development, must take the road ofindustrialization, to keep up with the trend of the times, to arm the red culture withmodern science and technology thought.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part mainly summarizes the basictheories of red cultural industrialization and practice. So far, the concept of redcultural industrialization is still lively debate about, based on the reference of previousresearch, analysis and comparison of the "industrialization","culture industry","redculture industry" and other related concepts, the "red cultural industrialization" forpositioning in a fairly long in the process, all kinds of red cultural resourceoptimization and integration, in order to achieve the "non" industry "of" into the"industry", let the red culture resources in a region to form a whole chain ofdevelopment, realize the reasonable development of red cultural resource andoptimize the configuration, implementation of the development of the red culturalindustries. This is the theoretical basis of this study. The red cultural industrializationis the successful development of Chongqing is the "line" project, through the analysisof the project, draw the experience as the practical basis of this study.The second part is the analysis of Yimeng red culture characteristics andindustrial advantages. This part firstly makes a detailed review of Yimeng redculture’s definition and then through analysis and comparison, and other red culture, the three major characteristics of civilians, regional and era characteristics of Yimengred culture, then point out the necessity of the Yimeng red culture industrialization,finally summarizes four an important advantage of its industrialization.The third part is the present situation and reflection of Yimeng red cultureindustrialization. Yimeng red culture has started the industrialization process, but fromthe development situation, the red culture cluster effect is also poor, industrializationis not very full, this part of the development status and benefit analysis of Yimeng redculture industrialization, respectively from three angles of economic, social andpolitical background of Yimeng red culture industry to examine, study and reflection,in order to have a more comprehensive understanding and grasp of its.The fourth part is the focus of this paper--the countermeasure of developmentof Yimeng red culture industry to explore. Yimeng red culture industrial development,should adhere to the principle of the combination of red culture and regional culture,social benefits and economic benefits of the unity of principle, government guidanceand social participation and focus on protection and rational development andcoordination of the consistent principle, the red cultural industrialization developmentin the premise of the four principles of the. Secondly, the red cultural industry is ahigh-tech industry knowledge, but also has deep cultural connotation of the spirit ofthe industry, the development of Yimeng red culture industrialization to Yimeng areato the huge economic benefits and social benefits, as the carrier of ideology of redculture is carrying the whole social education and guidance of public opinion, so,industrialization development of Yimeng red culture should adhere to the market asthe foundation, both aesthetic and value orientation of education, not only the marketvalue, and make the development projects or activities seriously vulgar, from theaesthetic value and the value of education; nor the political tendency is obvious,emphasizing the aesthetic value and educational value, and based out of the market,make the Yimeng red culture industry can not get economic value, and become aburden on the government, resulting in the red culture cannot develop for a long time,or even if the government invested a lot of resources to the red culture can not playtheir proper function and value. Finally, aiming at the Yimeng Red Culture Industrialization problems during actual operation, such as the unreasonablemanagement system, cluster effect is poor, lack of relevant personnel, innovative lowand so on, put forward ten proposals:1red cultural attention--attaches greatimportance to the red culture industry, take practical and effective measures to changethe status quo;2red industry brand--Take Yimeng area distinguishing feature, buildthe brand advantage;3red creative industry--to develop the creative industries,increase the added value of Yimeng red culture industry;4red industry integration--the red tourism and green tourism, red tourism combination, to maximize the clustereffect of industrial diversification--a single red;5development and reform, promotediversified development;6red industry standardization--according to their ownsituation, choose the management system; the7red industry experience--to adapt tothe trend of the times, the project experience;8red industry humanity--change "false,big, empty" image, the edutainment. Patriotic education;9red industrial market--Taking the market as the guidance, meet The various needs of customers;10redindustrial products--to extend the industrial chain, increase the development andmarketing of derivative products.
