Ananalysis On The Publication Of Serial Pictures In Shanghai (1977-2007)

Today, graphic have been developed for nearly a century, its history has experienced the rise and fall.If it didn’t become a hobby of collecting, maybe this publication style will fade away and forgotten by the offspring. It also because the strip into the collecting of vision, it has a very high value, worthy of attention and research. The graphic has influenced a generation or even several generations, on people’s literature accomplishment, scientific knowledge and painting skill, and even has a profound effect on people’s life road.This article use"comic strip directory assembly in China" and the Shanghai people’s fine arts publishing house published directory as the main source, collected comic books from1977to2007in Shanghai. From the bibliographic data, this paper analyze the scale of book publishing, publishing subject, publishing price and so on,to explore the hidden in the class book publishing data and the main environmental factors.In this paper, including three parts, the content of the published data,the analysis of publishing environmental and the assessment. Through the national policy, social reading atmosphere, award for comic books, comic book publishing enterprise, author’s resources, comic book topic selection, distribution channels, and other important internal and external environmental factors,the research found that Shanghai comic books published by China society of political, economic and cultural factors. The Chapter4is the overall assessment of the comic book published in Shanghai, analyzes the existing problems and countermeasures during its development.
