The original text is36434words,the author chooses four parts of the original text to translate: the Preface, theExecutive Summary, the Introduction, Chapter2,3and4, totally17582words.Computer aided translating tools will be used in the translation process, and the modeof translation companies, especially their time management and review methods willbe imitated during the translation process.In the translation process, the translator will use CAT tools such as SDL Trados,You Dao Dict and other tools, the translation work also needs enough professionalbackground knowledge, under these circumstances, the translator should consult moreprofessional person who are in the relevant area and look up more references and professional materials. In addition, finding the appropriate reviewer is not an easything, the time management and the translation assessment should be arranged timelyand reasonably.The reports are based on a review and synthesis of the available literature and(official and unofficial) data of the MCI sector, desk research, and several workshops.The results were reviewed by experts and at dedicated workshops.
