In recent years, one-dimensional nanomaterials extensive used in Nanoscale magnetic device、Nano photoelectric device、Nanosensors and Nano microelectrode because of their Special effects and performance. So, the preparation and application of one-dimensional nanomaterials has been the research focus for a long time. These researches, while also made some important achievements, but also still has a lot of problems not solved, so further research one-dimensional nanomaterials, especially the study the preparation of morphology of uniform, highly ordered, conditions controllable one-dimensional nanomaterials has the vital significance.Meanwhile, anodic alumina template (AAO template) has many prominent advantages, for example, high length-diameter ratio, holes highly ordered, pore diameter and thickness is controllable, simple preparation process, low preparation costs, and good performance of high temperature resistant and corrosion resistance. By electrochemical method assembly nanowires in the template holes made full use of the template aperture even, highly ordered and the limited domain holes role of template.1、Research the preparation technology of the AAO template at constant pressure and constant flow conditions. At the constant-voltage conditions, the aperture and thickness of the template increase with the increase of the oxidation voltage. But when the voltage more than60V, the holes has uneven size and unordered. The experiment proved that the40V and50V are the best preparation voltage condition. To prolong oxidation time of the first-step, the morphology of the template is more regular and tidy, when the oxidation time of the first-step is12h, template aperture more moderate and high order than6h. Secondary oxidized time affected the thickness of the templates, along with the growth of the secondary oxidized time, the thickness of the template linear increase. The traditional pore widening method and ultrasonic method can also get good result, but ultrasound method is a more efficient method, Shorten the widening time and don’t destroy the template structure. Along with the increase of widening time, the pore diameter increases, but the thickness of template decreases. It’s proved that the best time is1-1.5h for traditional pore widening method and20-30min for ultrasonic method.2、Systemically research the manufacture technology of template to the influence of nanowires. Oxidation voltage, Oxidation Time will influence the morphology of nanowire and the filling rate. Study the power filtering on the influence of the nanowires. Although the barrier layer has certain effect of filter layer, ensures that the metal deposits than the electrolysis, but in a granular gathered together or loose structure, appear black and white stripes. This lab access diode to get only positive power filter signal get closely Structure and smooth surface of nanowires.The frequency of Alternating current have a big influence on nanowires. This paper demonstrated that in order to get nanowires with high quality, we must choose the proper frequency.
