Gallium is a kind of important scare metal elements, and it is recovered from other metal production as a by-product. face up to the social growing demand for gallium, we need to increase the production of gallium, but now,the yield of gallium is limited by alumina oxide and Zinc Leached Residue,and demand for new resources of gallium,and so it has the vital significance to r&d new corresponding technology to extract gallium from other raw materials, phosphate ore implication and coal mine,As the biggest potential resources of gallium, though it is estimated that the total amount of the recovery of gallium more than bauxite extracted,but,it is still the still the lack of effective development means because of the too low grade of gallium,and can not extract gallium directly as gallium resource.However, in the process of production of apatite yellow phosphorus by electrothermal reduction,it is found that gallium could be enriched in electric arc furnace dust collecting dust of static electricity.1t yellow phosphorus is about4t apatite, and produce200kg electric dust.Conservative estimate,even if only80%gallium in the material is recycled to the electricity dust, the gallium in the electric dust can also be enriched to16times or so, so that the yellow phosphorus dust become a compelling new resources for extracting gallium in producing yellow phosphorus,China is the third largest country in the world, the annual production of yellow phosphorus is over700000t every year, and the electric dust is above140000t.Therefore, it has important economic value to recovery gallium from electric dust in producing yellow phosphorus,China is the third largest country in the world, the annual production of yellow phosphorus is over700000t every year, and the electric dust is above140000t. From yellow phosphorus factory, collected electric dust contain Ga2O30.0354%in addition, and the P2O529.440%,14.16%K2O are available for recovery of the useful components of value.paper mainly content is that, enriching gallium from electric dust by Vacuum Carbothermal Reduction in order to improve the content of gallium, and analysing the content of gallium in condensate to determine the optimum technological conditions,and doning preliminary exploratory experiment to leach gallium.In this paper, the distribution of the composition of the Phosphorus furnace dust was investigated at first, then furnace dust is the raw material. Metal is heated gasification and forms metal gas, but it has different vapor pressure for different metal gas. Therefore, we can choose appropriate temperature to extract gallium. The influences of many factors such as temperature, soaking time and mixture ratio on the extraction of gallium from furnace dust with vacuum metallurgy was studied.For this dissertation, different temperature, soaking time and mixture ratio on the influences of the extraction of gallium were studied. From the study we can know that it has different effect on the extraction of gallium under different temperature, soaking time and mixture ratio..Elevating the reaction temperature and prolonging the soaking time and increasing the mixture ratio can give much helpness for the extraction of gallium.This paper puts forward a new kind of system method to enrich and extract gallium from dust:enrichment by vacuum——leach of condensation.Through the single factor experiment to get the best technological conditions. paper is focused on the vacuum enrichment experiment. the innovation points:1.
