Molybdenum Selecting Industries Cleaner Production Evaluation Index System Research

Our traditional mining and mineral dressing industry for molybdenum has characteristics of high energy consumption, high pollution and material consumption. It does not only consume a lot of resources and energy in the process of mining and mineral dressing for molybdenum, but waste water and gas, tailings coming from mineral dressing and underground mining have brought great damage to the ecological environment. It has proved that the end treatment is not feasible to solve environmental pollution. The effective way to the sustainable development of molybdenum industry is promote clean production.This paper filter out the individual representative and feasible indicators and establish the cleaning production evaluation index system on the mining and mineral dressing industry for molybdenum, which is based on cleaner production and circular economy theory, summarize the theory and practice status of the clean production of molybdenum mining industry at home and abroad, combined with qualitative and quantitative, theory and practice research methods, analyze the clean production status of enterprises, in accordance with the" the preparation of the General on industrial clean production evaluation system, as well as existing clean production evaluation index system on non-ferrous metal industry.(1) This article completes the construction of underground mining of molybdenum mining and mineral dressing industry for clean production evaluation index system, including seven-level indicators and twenty nine secondary indicators. The first class indicators have resources and energy use, production technology and equipment, resource reuse, pollutant emission environmental management and occupational safety and health, the establishment of environmental management systems and cleaner production audit.(2) Using the analytic hierarchy process, expert consultation, as well as the arithmetic average of the weights to determine the weight values of individual indicators, and determine the baseline values of each index.(3) It has comprehensively evaluated the level of clean production of mining and mineral dressing enterprises on molybdenum by using combination of quantitative and qualitative methods.(4) One mining and mineral dressing company on molybdenum in Shaanxi is seen as the research object. This paper conduct the case study by using the established index system, as a result that the system has a certain reliability, meanwhile, the system can accurately diagnose the problem which lies in the implementation of cleaner production, and propose specific ways and measures to address these issues.
