Mining industry as the national economy and social development has provided the fossil energy and raw materials,to become the cornerstone of national economic and social development.With the high speed growth of economy in our country,the demand of mineral resources is growings the traditional extensive development pattern cause waste of resources,environment damage and a series of problems,so we need to transform the development model and take the path of green mining.Since govermment start the green mine construction from 2011,in coal,oil and gas,metals,gold,chemical industry and non-metal industries 459 state-level green mining pilot unit set up the new mode of coal resource green mining,comprehensive utilization of metal mine resource efficient t the green development of chemical industry and materials and non-metallic industry,made the mines harmony,the profit model of share resources development,and played a good demonstration and the guiding role.The development of green mining,the study of green mining construction,the establishing of comprehensive evaluation index system and related policy are beneficial to promote the development of green mining in our country and the optimization of mining layout structure and improve supporting ability of mining development in regional economic and social development.Comprehensive evaluation index system of green mining mainly depend on exploration,efficient utilization of resources,scientific planning,reasonable industrial layout,and standardize management.In order to promoting mining industry,taking the path of green mining development and policy research,the followings are some suggestions:1.Increase capital investment and encourage the social capital to commercial prospecting.2.Strengthen resource comprehensive utilization and encourage company to construct green mining.3.Establish special agent for information service.4.Mining industry should belong to the first industry;5.Sound and perfect the macro-control system of mining development;6.Develop national fiscal support for mineral exploration and mining development technology policy;7.Offer incentives for national large and extra large mining group.
