The petrochemical industry is one of the pillar industry of the national economy, it have a close relationship with domestic economic development. In2012Petroleum and chemical industry industrial output has accounted for21%of gross domestic product. Refined products are the focus of the petroleum and chemical industry products, widely used in day-to-day transportation, industrial production. Refined oil logistics configuration strategy research, to preempt the market resources, reduce logistics costs, improve market competitiveness has important significance. As the market gradually opening up, the enterprise external environment and internal environment change constantly, need more refined oil sales enterprises from the strategic to deepen the study of logistics distribution system.In this thesis, based on the theory of strategic management principles, in accordance with the strategic analysis, strategic choice, strategic implementation of the sequence refined oil first time logistics strategy research.This thesis first introduces the research background, purpose, content and structure, and then applied to strategic management, logistics management of the theoretical foundation and research method were reviewed. The second refined products of east China company was introduced a logistics distribution mode, development course, management present situation, then to company refined oil logistics once faced with external environment and internal conditions are analyzed. So as to, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the company’s that internal management, and the external opportunities and threats. Through the analysis of SWOT, Help the company to gather resources and action in their own strengths and opportunities analysis method to analyze the external environment of enterprises. Make to four different Strategy types, to make the development strategy of pipeline transportation to bright and clear. Using the QSPM matrix select the development strategy of pipeline transportation what will fit for company. At the last, from the analysis of Strategy implementation, to ensure that strategies can be implemented effectively. This thesis adopts the theory and practice of combining the research way, Based on east China company’s present situation and the development of the enterprise target, tightly around the refined oil logistics field, analyze the strategic management, research, design and implement. Trying to help enterprises to find a deep optimization a sustainable path of the reform of logistics link and to support the construction of company becomes outstanding regional logistics enterprise. Hope this research will give the logistics layout in domestic oil product sales system has a certain reference, to promote the product a development and improve the management level of logistics modernization.
