With the development of the modern long-distance pipeline towards large-scale and complexity,coupled with the improvement of the economic efficiency,the delivery process has become more complicated,which makes it more difficult to understand and master the operation rules of refined products pipeline system,analyze and process pipeline systems in accident conditions,and demonstrate a reasonable design and operation program.Therefore,the safe operation of the refined product pipeline is facing greater challenges.In order to meet the requirements of relevant pipeline technique,pipeline network simulation technology came into being,and it has been widely applied in many countries.Pipeline network simulation technology is used to describe the fluid regulation in the pipeline under different conditions,to represent the authentic distribution of the pressure,fluid flow and temperature in the pipeline as well as the trend of the change over time,to provide a science-based solutions in design,management and scheduling in the pipe network in order to protect the operation of the pipeline,which brings enormous social and economic benefits for the pipeline industry.At present,the development of the network simulation software has been mature internationally,emerging a series of high-level simulation software like SPS,PNS,PIPELINE STUDIO which simulate liquid and gas pipeline.However,as for refined oil pipeline transportation,business simulation software with a delivery order emulation is rare all over the world.The reason is that compared with the ordinary pipes,refined oil pipeline transportation often continuously deliver a variety of oil,while different oils blended with each other seriously which affected the network simulation.Therefore,as for the simulation of transporting refined oil pipeline transportation,the situation in the pipeline must be clearly understood,the changes of mixed oil segment length and laws of concentration changes in the mixed oil segment must be mastered.The topic is aimed to study the transportation simulation techniques of the refined oil in order to develop a simulation software suitable for refined oil pipeline transportation.Aiming at the contaminated problems generated in the delivery process(including the changes of mixed oil segment length,laws of concentration changes in the mixed oil segment,the detection of mixed oil segment,etc.),delivery order characteristic line method were conducted to do the profound research and analysis.Through the Java language,with the combination of the mixed oil length calculation,changes in the mixed oil segment concentration and batching interface tracking with traditional characteristic method,simulation software LPS based on the order refined oil delivery called MVC model is developed.LPS simulation software has a benign man-machine interactive interface,enables visual modeling,rapid data import,export,transports order dynamic simulation,mixed oil interface tracking,mixed oil length calculation,etc.Through the designed model and the actual model,compared LPS software with commercial simulation software PNS,the software reliability of order delivery can be verified.
