In this paper, through studying100t bending machine to solve the problem of poor accuracy in the processing of sheet metal bending.In the same time, exploring the reasons that causing this problem, understanding the various ways to solve this problem and putting focus on the mechanical compensation.Its main contents are as follows:1. Based on the theory of elasticity, I analysis the main reasons that cause bending machine bending accuracy in-depth.On this basis, understand and study the various solutions to this problem.2. Comparing advantages and disadvantages of various deflection compensation measures, then I select mechanical compensation as a solution method of deflection of bending machines. Designing and manufacting a wedge compensator of mechanical model, and testing wedge compensator on the testing machine to carry out the compensation,.on this basis, verifing the finite element method to solve this problem is feasible.3. The large-scale finite element analysis software ABAQUS is served as a platform for constructing the machine parameters model and linear static analysis of bending machine to get the strength and stiffness of bending machine.4. In the basis of the bending machine performance isn’t affected, I optimize the structure of bending machine with the application of structural optimization based on finite element theory, to get the optimal structure of whole machine.5. Understand a variety of mechanical deflection compensation mechanism, on basis of parametric Modeling and finite element simulation, I get the structure of an optimal mechanical deflection compensation mechanism and give its size. On this basis, test the sheet metal bending deflection accuracy in the way of finite element simulation of bending machines. |
