| In all kinds of coal mining accidents in our country，the number of roofaccidents and the death toll have always been high. Coal mining roof accident isstill a great hidden danger in the safety production of domestic coal mine. Eachone will cause serious casualties and great economic losses. How to effectivelyidentify and control the factors that cause the roof accidents is a major issuewhich we currently face.According to the statistical analysis about104roof accidents occurred inChina coal mine from2006to July2012, the article concludes four aspects ofthe20factors causing coal mine roof accident. This also uses the method ofsystem analysis to confirm the internal relation of those factors and provide thebase for building coal mine roof accident causing model.The7-layer multilevel hierarchical system of those factors is based on theInterpretative Structural Modeling Method.This clearly reveals the surfacereasons, the middle layer causes as well as the root causes. Analysis shows thatthe root reasons mainly include the imperfect supervision system and theimperfect internal management mechanism. At the same time, after calculatingthe weights of the factors by using AHP method and analyzing the influence ofthe factors on roof accidents, the results show that the proportion of theindividual behavior and management factors is as high as85.34%.Based on the ISM model of the coal mine roof accident causes, and on thepremise that the weights of factors is determined, it introduces a fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method. Use a coal mine in Shanxi as an example usethis method. We use this method to evaluate the mine roof accident risk todetermine the trend of coal mine roof accident.Finally, on the basis of the ISM model of the coal mine roof accidentcauses, this article puts forward the precaution suggestion and the advices onfour aspects,including enhancing support technology, increasing the power ofeducating employees, establishing sound inner manage system, andconsummating supervise system. |
