With the improvement of living standards in rural and the promotion of biogas industry inChina, crop straw and renewal has become another potential sources of pollution in the moderncountryside, not only damaging to the rural ecological environment, but becoming a great barrier tohinder agricultural development. Through a survey of circumstance of ShaHeZhan town, DongPingcountry, TaiAn city, according to local conditions and actual operability, I designed an annual outputof20000tons/year of organic fertilizer factory in this paper.The content of design included factoryconstruction plan, technological process of the production, equipment selection, etc.; The maincontents of research included the forced ventilation parameters composting of static piling type,renewal and corn straw as the main raw material of organic manure extrusion granulationparameters; and the research of the quality of organic fertilizer, etc.; According to the results of thestudy and design, we produced the high quality organic fertilizer by using renewal and corn straw asthe main material.This paper also concluded the analysis of benefit for20000tons/year forcedventilation static piling renewal organic fertilizer production plants. The results of research will beto provide a scientific basis for agricultural solid waste resource utilization.The result suggests that:(1) The site location selection is the former site of the local cotton processing plant,we’lldesign living area, compost area and production area on the basis of the original building structureand site area. The factory is surrounded by farmland, which provides the convenience for the laterfield experiment; it’s about1000meters away from the nearest settlement, will not affect thesurrounding residents.(2) High-temperature straw compost which using chicken manure or cow-dung as initiatorboth have the Warming up period, the High-temperature period, the Cooling period and theDecomposition period. The High-temperature period of the four processing is all over seven daysto reach the requirements of the Fecal Harmless Standard. After the end of composting, eachtreatment has a pH of8.13,8.06,8.20and7.95, it’s just slightly higher than the national standard oforganic fertilizer (pH=8.0). The relative content of total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassiumincreased with the decrease of the total dry matter weight, and the organic matter contents has been consumed due to the action of microorganisms.(3) Control of moisture of organic fertilizer granulation process is a key factor to the successof the granulation. The original moisture content of the material is about25%, The materialextrusion granulation after throwing circle, when the sprinkler frequency6times, each spray time is5seconds, granulation ideal meet the national organic fertilizer industry standards in the productionof organic fertilizer moisture (water content≤30%).The project has run. The production, the brand of organic fertilizer "GENSHENGYUAN", hasmet the requirements of the national standard through the quality certification by QualitySupervision Bureau. The investment of project, including the operation of the first project and thesecond phase of the project land acquisition, has reached4million in totally. The implementation ofthe project has solved the problem of abusing the land to stack residue by Modern AnimalHusbandry and settled the matter of discarding local crop straw which brought environmentproblems thought burning. According to the engineering benefit analysis, after normalizationproduction will bring good economic benefits.Conclusions as a result, we can product high-quality organic fertilizer with biogas residue androtted straw, and solve the local environmental problems caused by straw burning and biogasresidue accumulation. The technology has the advantages of low energy consumption andpollution-free, it favors the development of local biogas industry and farming.
