This topic explores the measured data processing method of machining center. And gainhands-on application of Imageware software on it,which have a very strong meaning andvalue theory. When the current mainstream software in three dimensional solid model islargely based on plan designed. Thinking of the combination of this article is to design,focusing on the research of point cloud data processing as well as the reconstruction of threedimensional model. The main content of this paper are as follows:(1) This paper introduced the parts of the original data. The parts of the data in this fieldof this space coordinate measurement and data sampling. And introduction to the principles ofthree-coordinate measuring machine.(2) The paper describers a part for more in-depth analysis and about the point cloud dataprocessing. Divided into point cloud noise reduction, point cloud registration, segmentation ofpoint cloud to streamline, cloud, cloud integration, point cloud derived, some sort of cloudand cloud-aligned, and so on. and examples of using point cloud processing of imageware.(3)This paper describes part of prototype model of three dimensional reconstruction.Using the combination of the mouse example and imageware software to create curves orsurfaces and fitting. In the process of implementation, accompanied by a large number ofpictures to illustrate.(4) The paper mainly use the CMM measuring the safety helmet that widely used in thework site.In the measure, firstly plan the measuredata, Entered in imageware software, andillustration by its measurement points.
