With China’s rapid economic development and continuous improvement of urbanization, the traffic problem become serious problem plagued the development of large and medium-sized cities, and gradually by the broad community concern. The size of many cities in China unceasingly expands, the urban population constantly concentrates, and present a substantial growth trend.The construction of urban roads is far behind the growth speed of the motor vehicle, the contradiction between transport supply and traffic demand is increasing, which led to traffic congestion growing, continuous growth in traffic delays. In this case, the introduction of motorcycle and bus shared lane which is a new kind of traffic organization mode, obviously has a good development space, for the city in which the proportion of transit trips is not too high, there is an exclusive bus lane but the utilization rate is not high, and the other lane is more crowded. The thesis makes a statistical analysis of the London shared lane traffic accidents, analysis shows that shared Lane accident has distinctive features. On this basis, the paper systematically analyzes the factors of the security implications of shared lanes, focusing on shared lanes of traffic characteristics on traffic safety, and points out that the buses and motorcycles mixed traffic safety management is the main cause of frequent accidents.The safety management research of the motorcycle and sharing lanes is mainly from the system theory of human, vehicle, road, environment, tube, emergency rescues, and construct a security system of shared lanes. Then Put forward some conditions of safety implementation, which has a certain practical significance for the promotion of the organizational form of the share lanes of traffic.
