The friction between the parts of any mechanical equipment will led to themachine’s wearing down. Surely, as the time goes on,more serious wear for themachine. Thus, we have to handle the wear degree timely. In case the trouble happenedby the reason of machine wear. The research shows there are three main reasons for theparts out of work: corrosion; wear; fatigue, and about80%for the machine failure iswear. We always repair the machine after there is some problem with them, therefore, itnot only Affect the Working Efficiency heavily, but also can’t ensure the safety of themachine. Now, we do the research to inspect the fault in advance, so can repair it at firsttime. In this way, the machine will be much safer, the working life will be extended, andwork efficiency is improved as well.The article is based on online testing grains in the (Mechanical equipment oil), andthen report the operational state of the machine at once.This article mainly introduces The signal processing module of fuel GrainDetecting System: the hardware is in the core of ADI company ADSP-BF531, includingD/A converting circuit, level shift circuit and DSP peripheral circuit; The software isprocessing the analog front end signal, and then got the some features, such as the grainsize, magnetism, and the quantities and so on, sending these information to the customerby upper computer. So, using so much algorithm,finding the relationship between thesignal and the grains features is the key. The article will research the process deeply asfollows.After Multiple Tests, the system can make accurate judgement for the grainsfeatures, and run stably, meet the project’s requirement finally.
