Since the1960’s, with the rapid development of microelectronics technology, control system used for electricity, liquid and gas which is characterized by the rapid response, strong anti-pollution and low-cost be needed more and more. In particularly, the development of the automobile industry accelerated this need, including car engine fuel injection system, wheel antilock brakes, clutch of automatic control, a variety of techniques is to use the solenoid valve. The solenoid valve is a digital control components, with direct computer docking, which greatly improves the control of the convenience, so that a more extensive application of the solenoid valve. The development of such electronic components is an urgent need for the development of industrial modernization.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1. The electromagnet is a core part of the solenoid valve, the structure of the electromagnet, materials, etc. on the performance of the solenoid valve has a fundamental impact. This project is to analyze the structure of the electromagnet. On the basis of the Maxwell equation, corresponding to a different structure, we established a mathematical model.By Kirchhoff’s law of magnetic circuit made of the magnetic circuit analysis, and the preliminary design is presented.2. Sub-ring is the key link of the AC electromagnet design. This topic starting from two ideas:the minimum pulse shock rate, the maximum magnetic flux density and the minimum value of alternating suction maximum, we got two programs about the magnetic ring.3. on this basis, then studied and analyzed the basic structure, working principle of high-speed solenoid valve and the magnetic field distribution, and we established the mathematics pattern.4. Use of a mathematical model has been built, were calculated structural parameters of the solenoid valve. Then we turned the mathematical pattern into linearization.5. Modeling and simulation was completed using CST electromagnetic studio, using hexahedral grid solver we got the3D structural model of the electromagnetic valve.6. Parameters of the model structure, found the key factors affecting the speed of the solenoid valve. According to the simulation results, we studied and analyzed every kind of parameter of the solenoid valve.7. By the magnetic flux density distribution map of the model established by CST, it can be seen that the inner and outer diameters contributed little to the electromagnetic force, thus we obtained the program to improve the model structure of.8. We got the curve of the electromagnetic force and the volume by the change of the armature inside and outside. The parameter of100electromagnetic force and volume data exported from CST is optimized using MATLAB. We got the maximum ratio of the electromagnetic force and the volume. It is positive correlation between this ratio and the acceleration. Thus, we got the optimal size parameters of solenoid valve armature inner diameter and outer diameter corresponding to the maximum acceleration. On this basis, we development and developed new high-speed solenoid valve.
