With the development of social economy, the acceleration of urbanization, the environment problems what brought in by the development of city increasingly highlighted, moreover city residents pay more and more attention to the environment and quality of life. Therefore, the construction of park green space is a major approach to improve the environment and quality of urban life, and the accessibility, fairness, quantitative index and ecological service benefits of urban park green space (UPGS) come to concern of residents and planning constructors. At present, at home and abroad, many scholars had studied the UPGS, this paper analyzes the existing research results, and discovers some shortcomings about the theory and technology of UPGS evaluation, such as reachability evaluation failed to highlight the importance of traffic; evaluation procedure depended too much on large and non-professional software etc. Aiming at these problems, the evaluation method based on reachability of path is proposed in the paper, and the paper established and developed the thematic evaluation system of the UPGS.Firstly, the paper introduced the related evaluation theory of UPGS, and analyzed the evaluation indexes, structural calculation model and calculation method of ecological function in the evaluation of urban park green, emphasized to study the reachability evaluation, and built the evaluation system based on reachability of path model; Secondly, the paper analyzed the feasibility, needs and key realization of system for the evaluation system of UPGS; Then, the paper designed the overall structure and function module of system, and in detail describe the functional modules of the algorithm and the interface design, at the same time, the paper established the space database using E-R model design data storage way; Finally, using the Visual Studio2008development platform, the.NET and AE components, the system is implemented by C#language, and realized the quantitative index calculation, structural analysis evaluation and ecological benefit calculation three major function of UPGS, and applied the system to evaluate the park green of the Ganzhou city.The evaluation results of system show that the quantitative indexes of Ganzhou city park green on overall conform to the state standards, but the layout of part of park green space is not reasonable, and reachability and fairness is poorer. The evaluation results conform to the actual situation of Ganzhou city park green, and correctly reflect all kinds of the index and benefit of urban park green. Therefore, the system has a certain practical and reference value for the evaluation of UPGS.
