Along with the rising of living standards, urban residents demand start from the basic necessity to development-oriented and enjoyment-oriented, it must put forward higher requirements to the quality and quantity of public services.Simple traditional evaluation index of park green space lead to distribution imbalance, poor accessibility, low utilization rate, and the comfort level when residents using is neglected. Therefore, we should break up the "quantity" evaluation standard, starting from the social effect of city park green space, pay close attention to its timeliness and effectiveness of the service function, namely, focus on "quality" issue.Nanshan district has a meglio living environment, the green coverage ratio, the green space ratio and park land per capita of urban built-up area have a higher level, so it has directivity and representative to study the service efficiency of Nanshan district park green space. By carding the influence factors and the value orientation of park green space service efficiency, field investigation, collecting the sixth census, city road network and other related data. It will adopt the method of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis to eval uate the service efficiency of Nanshan district park green space, and mainly consider the supply of the park green space, urban residents request based on the population distribution and the accessibility which connect the supply and demand. First of all, through the questionnaire and field investigation to evaluation quality of Nanshan district park green space and population distribution qualitatively; Second, analysis and assess of nanshan district city park green space accessibility, on the basis of the space to analysis its service population within the threshold scope; Finally, from the macro and micro level to evaluate the service efficiency of park green space with the aid of the coverage and service efficiency entropy index. From the macroscopic level, Nanshan district overall service efficiency is higher, higher service coverage; From the micro level, otherness in space service efficiency of each green park in Nanshan district, the evaluation result is not optimistic, and the service overlap rate index which academics suggested slightly insufficient.According to the evaluation results, put forward the service efficiency optimization strategy of Nanshan district city park green space. In order to improve city park green space service efficiency, we need to construct the pocket park in the central district and increasing community park in the city fringe area from the whole pattern;And improving urban park green space accessibility, such as perfect the greenway, develop of rail transit and make the capacity of road net effectively; Finally, through the perfect supporting facilities, improving the quality of the park, update management idea for improving the quality of city park green space.
