With the development of the expressway system, toll stations affect the capacity of passage rate of the main line, as one important part of the expressway, it’s difficult for the domestic and foreign scholars to explore the problem. Many scholars have studied the electronic toll collection system (ETC) in recent years, and the traffic passage efficiency of the expressway toll station was improved partly. But simple traditional Manual Toll Collection system (MTC) lane converted into ETC lane simply is not a good solution to solve the problems of expressway toll station, even it may cause the phenomenon of congestion. Therefore, the program of expressway toll station simulation based on Agent and dynamic adjustment strategy were proposed in this paper, and do the computer simulation study with different dynamic adjustment strategy.Theoretical knowledge of the Agent-Based simulation system of expressway toll station development was described in the paper, the entity Agents of expressway toll station were introduced in detail, and developed Agent-Based simulation system of expressway toll station independently in Visual Studio6.0development environment. Study the hybrid highway toll station with computer simulation by the setting of initial parameters and car model etc., the results of simulation show that the corresponding can improve the passage rate of expressway toll station under different traffic conditions, and enhence the quality of service of the toll station. The simulation system can reflect the actual traffic characteristics better, and provides the basis of the further improvement of service level for expressway toll station.
