Research On Toll Evasion Method For Inner Mongolia Expressway Zhu Rihe Station

Inner Mongolia is sparsely populated,has a long high-speed connection mileage,and has a large distance between toll stations.As a result,the high-speed evasion behavior is more concealed and the amount of single evasion is larger,so the governance work is more important.In order to purify the environment of expressway toll operation,protect the legitimate interests of expressway operation companies and reduce the pressure of repayment of debts,it is necessary to put forward targeted treatment methods through the analysis of various acts of escaping fees,so as to curb the loss of tolls.By investigating and summarizing all typical escaping cases so far,six kinds of evasion ways are summed up,to establish a simulation model of the evasion process of all kinds of evasion behavior and analyze its evasion method and process,and summarize the characteristics and abnormal information points of all kinds of evading fees,find out the root cause of its occurrence and the loopholes of the charging units themselves,Starting from its origin and operation process,this paper puts forward countermeasures and solutions to limit the occurrence of toll evasion by upgrading toll collection equipment,technology,policy and management.At the same time,the network toll collection platform is used to mine vehicle traffic data and abnormal information,from which the escaping behavior can be found and the blacklist system can be used to recover tolls.After the actual application of the control measures,taking the Zhu Rihe toll station of G55 Expressway as the object of observation,the data of traffic volume in recent 7 years are counted.It can be seen that 7 kinds of evasion are basically eliminated,and the other evasion behavior is not effective under the condition of the license plate or no license plate.If the license plate is used to recover the toll,the new ETC escape behavior needs to be observed.
