The pipeline risk assessment technology in foreign emerged in the1970s, with very strong practicality and pertinence, introduced in China only ten years, has now been obtaining specific application in the pipeline of the land in service, and has obtained some achievements in theory and economic benefits. But for the urban gas pipeline under construction has not been systematic evaluation technology. So according to the actual condition and specific environment of the urban buried gas steel pipeline during the construction period, a risk assessment technology was study in this paper.Learned from the mature basic ideas and processing method of risk assessment technology of pipeline in service, combined the actual situation of the construction period of the urban buried gas steel pipeline in China, and followed urban gas pipeline technology standards and design standard. Through the analysis of the factors caused accident during urban gas pipeline construction period, the quality fault tree of the pipeline during the construction period of each stage was built, and the minimum cut set and structural importance analysis were calculated. Some weak links of the urban buried gas steel pipelines during the construction period were decided.Through the fault tree analysis and risk source identification, according to the different stages of the urban gas steel pipeline during the construction period, the risk factors were classified, risk evaluation system of the construction period of the urban buried gas steel pipeline was set up. Used analytic hierarchy process to calculate the initial weight of each index of the urban buried gas steel pipeline during the construction period. And according to the basic principles and ideas of the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the urban buried gas steel pipeline during the construction period was set up, and a specific classification standard of the underlying risk factors risk level was given. Considering this technology as the core, through the stage division of the pipeline during the construction period, the risk evaluation system of the urban buried gas steel pipeline during the construction period was established, the fuzzy evaluation criterion was defined, and the different levels of risk standard classification was researched, the risk assessment method of the urban buried gas steel pipeline during the construction period was formed. Finally, this paper used this method to calculate examples to verify this research achievement.
