With the rapid development of China's economy,energy consumption has gradually increased,people rely more and more on natural gas,which makes the field of natural gas pipeline transportation develop gradually.However,with the increasing number of natural gas pipelines,as well as the damage and aging of some pipelines,natural gas pipeline accidents are frequent,which brings heavy economic burden and negative social impact to enterprises.Therefore,in the face of the above situation,we must strengthen the management of natural gas pipeline operation,adopt scientific risk assessment methods,and effectively improve the safety of natural gas pipelines.This thesis takes the operation status of natural gas pipeline in Nanning as the analysis object,and chooses to use the risk assessment method combining qualitative and quantitative to carry out evaluation.Through the fishbone diagram analysis,the relevant factors that cause the natural gas pipeline accident in Nanning are summarized,and the risk indicator system for natural gas pipeline failure possibility is formulated.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to quantitatively analyze the operation risk of natural gas pipelines,and the weisht of each relevant factor is obtained,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is carried out,and the risk value of the pipeline section is summarized by weighted average method.According to the results of the risk value,the risk level is evaluated,and the correctness and conformity of the risk assessment are verified in the field,and an early warning and maintenance plan is formulated.
