The vast ocean contains a huge energy, rational development and utilization of marine resources has a pivotal role for sustainable development of human society. Into the21st century, with the drive of the dwindling of traditional fossil fuels, energy supply and environmental protection issues, more and more attention has been paid on the cause of ocean energy as main renewable new energy sources, The technology of ocean energy applications is also introduced on a high speed, it shows a beautiful and broad prospects for human rational use of marine.The ocean wave power is one of the highest grade marine energy. It has a high density of energy and widely distributed. But the study point that national researchers has been studied many years is that how to efficiently capture the high-grade energy.Program used in this research project is a combination of float and pneumatic technology, this research related to a currently unreported system of the new type of ocean wave power generation system. The system includes the wave power capture devices which are anchoring in the ocean hydrostatic layer and the working platform which is floating in the sea. Because of the multi-point arrangement for wave energy capture devices, centralized transfer energy to the working platform, so energy is easy to bring together. It can form a large-scale power systems with considerable economic benefits.In this paper we use the float technology to capture vertical wave energy, and convert it to mechanical energy of the cycle movement of the float, rely on pneumatic device to transfer energy to drive the generator to output electricity, the energy transfer medium is air. Ultimately access to the purpose of obtaining the clean energy-hydrogen through the electrolysis of desalinated seawater. This paper will mainly undertake the following works. First, analysis and compare different wave energy capture programs, and carry out simulation experiment to verify the feasibility of the design options. Second, analysis and calculate the wave forces that the float suffered, take mathematical description of the movement of the float. Third, design wave energy capture devices and energy conversion devices and take simulation of the movement situation of the capture device. Forth, investigate the the electrolysis of desalinated seawater to obtain hydrogen and the anticorrosive and stain-resistance of the system, give out the scientific implemented program.
