In the past20years, especially since the21st century, the DSO technology hasbeen rapid development. Especially with the high-speed ADC market and pricesdecrease, and with the design standards and processes improve the DSO performancehas also been greatly improved and enhanced. The sampling rate and bandwidth ofDigital oscilloscope has increased exponentially.Portable digital oscilloscope as a branch of the digital oscilloscope, Compared totraditional oscilloscopes, portable digital oscilloscope with a wider range of usagescenarios. As technology advances the performance of DSO is continually improved. Inthis context, considerations the cost and market demand, this design uses FPGA+DSPmature system solutions for system design. System design fully into account theminiaturization of the design’s ease of use and design, and take full account of thesefactors in the program selection and chip selection.This design is mainly to complete the digital systems and analog systems of thedual-channel portable digital oscilloscope. This article will conduct research andanalysis the the principles and specific design method of design specific modules.(1) The analog systemThis section is mainly to complete the analog systems of the part of the analogcircuit performance modules: passive attenuation circuit, the impedance transformationcircuit, step attenuator circuit, trigger circuit and ADC driver circuit. Systemperformance can be optimized as the starting point for system design, will also take intoaccount the need to pay attention to the key points of system miniaturization and thedesign.(2) The digital systemThis section is mainly to complete the digital systems of the part of the digitalmodules: digital acquisition module, the oscilloscope control module, trigger module,data analysis module, human-computer interaction module. This chapter will give abrief exposition and research of the design principles and basic theory.(3) Verification debugging Validation and debugging the entire system,and test and improve the performanceof the instrument in accordance with the design specifications.
