As a international integrity company, with the Chinese economy and foreign trade continual and fast increasing in recent thirty years, its main business including air freight,sea freight and third logistics also have got a fast development. However, it develops very low with the world economic crisis and world trade decreasing in2008. Meanwhile the transportation market is huge and good profit in China. Therefore, it wants to find new business to develop, and become the comprehensive company.Firstly this paper discusses some new theories about marketing. Secondly it introduces the process and result of marketing position based on the K company’background. Lastly, it states some methods to finish the marketing position. Market position is the key point for the modern enterprise success, market activities are based on market positioning for development. This paper is generally based on the market research combined with external environmental analysis and Potter’s Five Competitive Forces Model. The purpose of the paper is to analyze the competition environment that K logistics Company is facing now and its self condition by using SWOT tool. The data used in the paper are real and latest from this company.
