In this dissertation, a research has been made on the cutterhead structure of the EPB shield machine as well as its hydraulic drive system based on the Nanjing Metro Line D3-TA12. As one of the most core components of the shield machine, the concrete design and analysis of cutterhead structure should be made in the light of local conditions combined with concrete construction. The hydraulic drive system of the cutterhead has a great power and the load fluctuates frequently. In this paper, a highly reliable and energy-saving system has been designed and made a detailed analysis of its performance combined with AMESim.Firstly, some various factors that impact the cutterhead torque are explained and Determining the cutterhead torque constitute elements, and then establish the mechanical mathematical model of the cutterhead torpue based on the above, the various components of the torpue is calculated combining with practical project data, and then compare with the measured actual values to verify its correctness.Then, study the arrangement of the EPB shield machine cutterhead and use SolidWorks to create three-dimensional model of the cutterhead, then import it to ANSYS to create a finite element model. Next use the model to make the analysis of two cases including normal operation and dead start so that we can draw the stress distribution and find the relevant key parts, it will provide us some reference for future improvements of cutterhead.Then, design the hydraulic drive system of φ6.4m KPB shield cutterhead, and introduce its working principle, and do some calculations of the relevant parameters.Finally, make the establishment of a hydraulic drive system of the cutterhead in AMESim, and set up the engineering parameters and run the simulation, through it,we can find out its speed characteristics and dynamic response characteristics.Based on the simulation study of the EPB shield cutter structure as well as the hydraulic drive system, we can verify that cutter structure design and the dynamic response of the design of the hydraulic drive system used in Nanjing Metro Line3,and promote the related technologies of the design of cutterhead structure and hydraulic drive system of the domestic shield machine. |
