Facing the shortage of energy and the environmental problems continue toemerge, the solar energy attracts the humans’ attention increasingly due to itsoutstanding advantage, so we spend a lot of financial resources and vigor ondeveloping and utilizing this new energy resource, and the photovoltaic powergeneration has become an important research field.In the photovoltaic power generation system, improving the powerefficiency of photovoltaic system is one of the main contents of research. Afterunderstanding the situation of photovoltaic power generation, knowing that thesolar photovoltaic inverter efficiency is not high, Combining with laboratoryconditions, this paper deciding to study single-phase photovoltaic invertersystem, establishing the transformation to zero current (ZCS) as the main circuitof soft switching inverter model structure, because this design is used in theelectronic device considerable the need for3.3V,±5V,±12V reference voltagesupply, so according to the existing solar panels this paper designs the auxiliaryreference power, and power IGBT drive circuit which is based on the driverIR2110chip. Besides, selecting the sensor which can sample the voltage andcurrent signal of AC and DC, and designing the conditioning circuit of sensornetwork, through the experimental debugging, the satisfactory results areobtained.The control part is realized by DSP2812chip of TI company, and theinverter control part has the advantage of improving PI regulation which is usedfor engineering control, and the use of the improved control method of SPWMtracing output current, limited reduces the control variables and increasing theaccuracy, and the design of the soft switching with the combination of hardwareand corresponding sampling circuit, AD conversion program.
