Wisdom Door System Design And Development Of Intelligent Monitoring

With the rapid development of urban rail transit, the guest room door, as frequently used equipment in rail vehicle, is playing an important part in the safety of passenger. Thus, its safety and reliability is crucial. In order to manage the intelligent control, diagnosis and maintenance of the guest room door system, this thesis shows a brand-new intelligent door system, conducting detailed design and research on intelligent monitoring unit and remote maintenance system.Firstly, in order to solve the inefficiency problem of the present door system, this thesis designs the overall plan of the intelligent monitoring unit and the remote maintenance system, while taking the demand analysis of the wisdom door system into account. Based on the GPRS network, wireless transmission technology of the door system operation data is researched. The health monitoring and condition assessment system in rail transit door system application is discussed. The communication between the intelligent monitoring unit and the door controller on the basis of Modbus is realized. Secondly, based on the STM32micro-controller, the hardware and software of the intelligent monitoring unit are designed thoroughly, which includes data storage, wireless data transmission, communication interface and human-computer interaction interface. And then, the real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ and GUI system μC/GUI are transplanted based on the hardware platform. In addition, it designs the framework of the remote maintenance system, and attaches much importance on the communication module, database module and intelligent integrated service. The work procedure of the remote maintenance system is also introduced, fulfilling the function of remote maintenance on intelligent door system. Finally, the whole system are tested and operated.The intelligent monitoring unit and remote maintenance system, which is designed for intelligent door system, realized the effective monitoring and maintenance. It plays a crucial part in reducing the failure rate and downgrading the failure level during the trains operation.
