The wind is new energy which has great potential. Compared with coal and petroleum, wind power is renewable, have less environmental pollution and enormous reserves.So, it be called green energy. Using wind power is one of the effective way to realize the harmonious of economy and environment.. The doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) is studied in this dissertation, and the main contents were as follows:First, this dissertation introduced the basic structure of DFIG system; and analyze the working principle of DFIG, its equivalent circuit, power flow relationship,the DFIG coordinate transformation mathematical model.Second, analyze the operating characteristics of the wind turbine, got an important parameter Cp of the wind turbine. Analyze doubly-PWM converter features, at the study of rotor side excitation part, analyze the characteristics of the back-to-back converter, got the rotor side converter and grid side converter control strategy.Third, established the simulation model of DFIG, analyze the dynamic and steady-state characteristics when the DFIG worked from super-synchronous to the sub-synchronous. And analyze the voltage and current characteristics based on dq axis. Concluded that the results in accordance with theoretical research.Fourth, the dissertation analyze the basic principle of the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM), determined the inverter parameters, involved the voltage vector, period, duty cycle, etc. Designed the capacitor of converter DC side and the inductance of the AC side.Last, this dissertation used MATLAB/SIMLINK to establish abc-dq converter and doubly-PWM converter model, as well as the overall system simulation model. Set the simulation parameters, and compared the simulation results with the theoretical research. Draw conclusions that DFIG had good wind tracking capabilities, had stable power of the grid, had good low voltage ride through capability.
