| In order to design a new gun delivery platform which can adapt to terrain well. This paper design a new gun carriage for the small caliber mountain gun with the bionics. The carriage’s characteristic was analyzed. And the carriage’s stability and muzzle disturbance of the small caliber mountain gun on different firing angle was analyzed. There are some main points:(1) A new gun carriage as the small caliber mountain gun’s delivery platform which can walk well in the mountains was put forward. The scheme and principles was expounded. All the parts of the carriage was designed, built and assembled with3D modeling software. Then, the kinematics, dynamic and static of the main parts (walking foot) and the walking stationarity was analyzed. The reduced model by the same proportion was machined, and the test of its walking performance was carried out. The test proved that the carriage can walk steady.(2) According to the physical model of the mountain artillery fire process, and the modeling method and theory of the multibody system dynamics equations based on ADAMS. The gun topology map was built through the description of the structure characteristics and the state of shooting, and the corresponding3D modeling and assembly was carried out. Finally, in consideration of the Elastic deformation about tube and upper carriage, the gun launching dynamics of rigid-flexible coupling multibody system model was established.(3) The launching dynamics simulation of the small caliber mountain gun was done in three working conditions. The firing stability and muzzle disturbance was researched, and the results show that the new carriage perform well. |
