Native Architectural Theory To Explore

In the context of globalization, China is in a period of large-scale construction and rapid urbanization. As too many " international " high-rise buildings were built too fast, every city looks the same. Lots of Chinese buildings are built in a copy plagiarism, simulated way. And at the same time, urbanization spread rapidly to the village. The new rural reconstruction, large-scale real estate, tourism, leisure resort projects can be seen everywhere. However, due to the factors of the economic level and the design concept, most of the countries look the same. They also results in the occupation of fertile land, the destruction of the ecological environment of the irreversible consequences. Most of Chinese architects are worried about the Chinese architectural development situation.In this situation, the best way solving the problems in planning, designing and construction is to start from the nature of the architecture. Using the idea of natural origin, return to the starting point of the building development-native architecture. Explore the most fundamental method of building design in the process from design to construction and use. In order to provide some better solution for solving the problems of the Chinese architecture environment.In the essay, throughout the analysis of a large number of native buildings, I summarize the features and advantages of the native architecture by the research of current situation and formation process from all aspects of the building. I compared native architecture and the present situation of China building in three main areas-environmental considerations in the design phase, construction-generated driving selection, technical means etc; overall correlation of the use phrase, the continuation of the practices of life, and then summed design methods and theories about architecture design which can guide the development of Chinese contemporary architecture. This article starts from the combination of theory and design, which basis on the comparative analysis with advantage of the native architecture and the problems of Chinese contemporary buildings.As a example,I make the planning and architecture design about the area of art studios in the shangrao city Jiangxi province to explore the actual reference of native architectural theory to the Chinese architecture design and urban planning.
